Description
Compact universal gantry milling machine with high stability
The ZAYER ARION is a powerful portal milling machine that combines the stability and precision of a classic portal design with a space-saving concept. Thanks to its well thought-out design, it can be mounted directly on the hall floor without a foundation, provided it has sufficient load-bearing capacity. This allows a flexible choice of location and significantly reduces installation costs.
The entire machine structure is made of vibration-damping cast iron and has been topologically optimised using the finite element method. Two guideways offset by 90° on the cross slide ensure high dynamics and maximum rigidity - ideal for demanding applications in toolmaking and mechanical engineering.
The ARION is available with powerful mechanical milling heads or high-speed motorised spindles. Simultaneous machining is also possible as an option. Extensive equipment variants allow precise customisation to your production requirements.
