The heavy-duty, powerful and energy-efficient E60 production turning machine from WEILER.
Weiler E-series machines: Their ergonomics, user-friendliness and long-term precision are the basis for fast, flawless results. What makes them unique is the unrivalled user-friendly control interface developed by Weiler. This allows numerous cycles stored in the control system to be called up at the touch of a button. They then run automatically, either individually or in sequence. This pays off for you: through shorter programming times and significantly more efficient individual and small batch production.
Up to 3 x more efficient: In total, each electric machine can replace up to three conventional machines. Thanks to state-of-the-art, energy-saving drives, energy consumption is also maximised.
E60 - a strong concept and pure power
The E60 impresses with its well-balanced machine concept and high cutting performance. A main drive with 25 kW drive power in conjunction with a two-stage ZF gearbox is available for this purpose.
The robust headstock, the strong, precision-bearing mounted main spindle with 83 mm spindle bore and the stable, heavily ribbed bed with a width of 380 mm guarantee optimum work results in terms of surface quality and precision.
The swivelling screen unit offers increased ease of use when entering data.
