The E40 is an all-rounder for the highly productive sector - small in footprint, big in cutting performance.
Weiler E-series machines: Their ergonomics, user-friendliness and long-term precision are the basis for fast, flawless results. What makes them unique is the unrivalled user-friendly control interface developed by Weiler. This allows numerous cycles stored in the control system to be called up at the touch of a button. They then run automatically, either individually or in sequence. This pays off for you: through shorter programming times and significantly more efficient individual and small batch production.
Up to 3 x more efficient: In total, each electric machine can replace up to three conventional machines. Thanks to state-of-the-art, energy-saving drives, energy consumption is also maximised.
E40 - ergonomic powerhouse
The cycle-controlled WEILER E40 turning machine impresses with its enormous cutting performance. This is made possible by the main drive with 20 kW drive power and the newly designed headstock with a spindle bore of 66 mm as well as the strong bed with a width of 330 mm. The WEILER E40 combines this performance with top ergonomics: The control can be swivelled freely, the work area and operating elements are "cleanly" separated from each other. Three sliding hood variants enable perfect customisation to the range of parts to be machined.
