With its driven workpiece spindle and up to four fixed holders, the gear skiving machine in the mono-head version enables efficient and precise machining of toothed workpieces. Thanks to the "turret technology" with an infinitely variable swivelling range of +/-105°, workpieces can be skived, deburred and overturned in a single clamping operation, achieving the highest gear manufacturing and component quality. The integrated in-process measuring probe allows precise measurement during machining and facilitates re-setting after tool changes.
