The machine concept of this gear profile grinding machine stands for the highest achievable workpiece quality, flexibility and long service life.
The machines are equipped with a dresser, integrated measuring device, balancing device and extensive software. They have generously dimensioned rotary tables with electric direct drive and deep rotary table bores. Hydrostatic bearings and guides enable highly accurate positioning, outstanding load capacity and an almost unlimited service life. Thanks to modern drive and control technology, the most demanding applications can be ground using 5-axis interpolation.
