The vertical machining centre with which you can produce high-precision workpieces - and with a small footprint. Thanks to its stable and highly rigid portal design, the CNC portal milling centre is particularly temperature-stable. Programming is intuitive, fast and efficient with the Control, which includes a range of software functions for dialogue programming or NC programming - including, for example, a large selection of cycles for CNC milling and features for tool management.

The portal milling machine is equipped with everything you need for reliable and precise CNC milling as standard - such as generously dimensioned linear guides in all axes (X, Y and Z axes) and a direct path measuring system. A spindle cooler, an oil separator, a chip flushing system and an automatic centralised lubrication system are also integrated as standard to ensure the long-term precision and robustness of the machine tool.

The 3-axis CNC machining centre offers:

Additional options for your CNC machine

The CNC milling machine can be equipped with optional accessories to optimally adapt the vertical machining centre to the requirements of your CNC production. These include, for example, a Renishaw measuring system for the workpieces or tools. Additional software functions can also be integrated into the control system. With the manufacturer's own Control and patented UltiMotion technology, for example, you can reduce your cycle times by up to 30% while simultaneously improving surface quality thanks to UltiMotion.
