Productive long and short turning for workpieces of medium and high complexity from bar stock or with integrated robot cell
The new TRAUB TNL20 has two identical work spindles and two tool turrets, each with X, Z and Y axes. It can also be equipped with a front and rear attachment.
This fixed head automatic turning machine combines the productivity of a very powerful automatic turning machine with the ability to produce even demanding workpieces precisely and economically.
The working area of this automatic turning machine is unique in its class and its compact installation dimensions ensure a very high power density for economical production. In addition, the vertical work area concept offers optimum process reliability combined with minimal set-up costs.

- TNL20-9: With this expansion stage of the sliding head automatic turning machine, you can manufacture with up to 3 tools simultaneously and precisely.
- TNL20-9B: Variant with additional B-axis for geometrically highly complex parts
- TNL20-11: with additional front attachment - simultaneous, precise and even more economical production with four tools
