An all-rounder for various sanding applications
This universal cylindrical grinding machine is a cost- and cycle time-optimised, energy-efficient standard machine with a very good price-performance ratio. The machine is characterised by high availability, process safety, reliability, productivity and flexibility, as well as easy retooling.
Other features include the automatic 1° indexing axis with high positioning accuracy, the sanding head for two external sanding discs with ø 500 mm (as main and secondary disc) and the direct-drive internal sanding spindles up to 60,000 rpm. The machine can be retrofitted in a variety of ways, including with a tailstock, active longitudinal positioning, gating and balancing sensors and extended dressing options.
