The built-in motor spindle of the QTE series is designed to deliver high torque even at low speeds, resulting in high cutting performance. Thanks to the unique machine design of the QTE-100 SG, significantly less vibration is generated as no gears or belts are used. This improves roundness and surface accuracy and prevents loss of performance. The simple design ensures high reliability, as no maintenance-intensive repairs, such as readjusting the tension, are necessary, as is the case with belt-driven models.

The drum turret is available with 8 and 12 stations. The QTE-100 SG is designed with highly rigid screw connections and a drum turret to eliminate the risk of collision as far as possible.

Thanks to the combination of turning, milling, Y-axis and counter spindle, you can select the right model for your specific production requirements.
