The QT-COMPACT 100M L is equipped with the MAZATROL SmoothC CNC control, which is characterized by excellent operability and high-speed, high-precision control.
All models in the QT-COMPACT series are equipped with integrated spindles/motors that enable various machining operations such as heavy-duty machining of ferrous metals or high-speed machining of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. Gears and belts are not used in order to prevent vibrations and thus ensure high accuracy.
The tool turret is designed to eliminate the risk of collision as far as possible. Thanks to the stroke-free turret switching, tools can be clamped and unclamped without any collision. The tool holders are rigidly attached to the turret with four bolts. A turret with 24 stations is also available as an option for the QT-COMPACT 100M L.
The alignment of both spindles in the QT-COMPACT 100M L allows workpiece transfer from the main spindle to the counter spindle with maximum accuracy, ensuring smooth machining in continuous operation.
The long Y-axis stroke ensures high accuracy and efficient machining of complex workpieces. Y-axis traverse: 100 (±50) mm
