Description
Six main spindles, up to two swivelling synchronous spindles and up to twelve tool carriers, which can be configured in X Y Z: With the MS52-6, which can be configured as required, we offer a machine concept that fulfils all requirements and meets the highest demands.
The MS52-6 has been consistently developed for the application of the latest production technologies. The work area is generously dimensioned and set-up costs can be minimised, especially during retooling, thanks to the free accessibility. Even when fully loaded with tools, free chip fall is guaranteed.

Robot productivity factor
Automated workpiece handling with robots ensures optimum production
- Flexible, position-orientated loading and unloading in all 6 spindle positions using a robot with double gripper integrated in the work area
- Damage-free infeed and outfeed, even for sensitive parts
- Short loading and unloading times, also in conjunction with 2-fold or 4-fold gripper for double-three-spindle production
- Ideally suited for pick-and-place for connection to conveyor belts or palletising systems
- Processing of preformed parts, forged or extruded parts up to approx. 125 mm
