Six main spindles, up to two swivelling synchronous spindles and up to twelve tool carriers, which can be configured in X Y Z: With the MS52-6, which can be configured as required, we offer a machine concept that fulfils all requirements and meets the highest demands.

The MS52-6 has been consistently developed for the application of the latest production technologies. The work area is generously dimensioned and set-up costs can be minimised, especially during retooling, thanks to the free accessibility. Even when fully loaded with tools, free chip fall is guaranteed.

• Damage-free infeed and outfeed, even for sensitive parts
• Short loading and unloading times, also in conjunction with 2-fold or 4-fold gripper for double-three-spindle production
• Ideally suited for pick-and-place for connection to conveyor belts or palletising systems
• Processing of preformed parts, forged or extruded parts up to approx. 125 mm
