Description

An automatically switching turret and a second chip guard door allow full CNC operation and thus the expansion of economical use for medium series as an alternative to the CNC turning machine.
Workpieces weighing up to 16 tonnes can be machined economically and precisely. The basis for this is the heavy, rigid box bed.
The guideways for bed slides (double prism guide plus 2 flat guides for additional support of the bed slide) as well as tailstocks and risers (prism and flat guide) are a proven combination of both guide concepts. Large guide surfaces with low surface pressure ensure high guide reliability as well as high continuous and repeat accuracy.
