Axis and drive concept
High productivity, reliable components and a unique load capacity characterise this 4-axis universal machining centre. Thanks to extensive configuration options, the horizontal machining centre can be ideally adapted to the requirements of your production.
Depending on the configuration, the drive concept is based on a ball screw drive arranged in the centre of gravity or two symmetrically arranged ball screw drives in the Y-axis. The torque motor already installed in the B-axis in the standard version also enables fast positioning movements with maximum precision.
