The highly rigid spindle allows you to machine demanding materials, steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium at high speed. For the HCN-5000 NEO, we offer special spindle variants for high speeds and high torque.
The highly rigid linear roller guide of the X- and Z-axis ensures stability during the movement of the X- and Z-axis.
The mounting surfaces of the linear guide rails of the X-axis are at different heights to ensure high rigidity and a lower overall weight. By machining close to the centre of gravity, the HCN-5000 NEO achieves high speed and precision in positioning.
The HCN series uses linear roller guides in the X, Y and Z axes for high-precision and demanding machining.
The pallet and table are connected via cone couplings to ensure high rigidity and high repeatable positioning accuracy when changing pallets.
