Description
Production lathe, turret on XYZ axis: 3 units possible, TWIN spindle, short and long version
Machine bed in two sizes:
- Short version: Turning lenght up to 740 mm
- Long version: Turning lenght up to 1,290 mm
Excellent chip fall thanks to vertical bed design
Left and right spindle drive motor 23 kW (40％ED) / 20 kW (cont)
Mill spindle drive motor 16 kW (15％ED) / 11 kW (cont.)
B-axis optional on all turrets with swivel angle 110° (see below)
Compact footprint of 17.7 square metres
Production type: One-off production, small series (< 50), Mittelserien (50 - 1000), Großserien (1000 - 100.000), Massenproduktion (> 100,000)

Additional TWIN spindle on the Z-axis with φ 65 mm clearance for two independent workspaces:
- Turning function with up to 4,000 rpm and 60 Nm (100 % DC)
- SWISSTYPE function with up to 5,000 rpm rotating guide bush
- Hydraulic steady rest function
