Process integration reduces CO2 emissions and power consumption for green and sustainable production.
The INH 63 is fully equipped with features to promote process integration, automation, DX and GX, with an extremely rigid machine bed that efficiently suppresses vibrations and thermal deformations, a powerMASTER spindle designed for heavy-duty cutting and fast machining, and excellent chip management.
The INH 63 has an improved structure for superior stability with reduced column height against deformation, and it is equipped with double ball screws on all axes for smooth movements with a balanced centre of gravity. The refined structure minimises vibration and heat transfer, enabling high-speed and high-precision machining.
With a maximum torque of 808 Nm and an output power of 85 / 40 kW as standard, the powerMASTER spindle achieves excellent power across a wide range of machining operations from roughing to finishing and supports process integration.
