The 5-axis machines in the highly stable duoBLOCK design with maximum precision, performance and efficiency enable the highest cutting performance and maximum component accuracy with high dynamics. From materials that are difficult to machine, such as in the aerospace industry, to the highest demands on surface quality, such as in tool and mould making, the 4th generation duoBLOCK machines offer the best conditions.
Thanks to their extensive modular system, there are countless configuration options. In addition to three milling head variants, magazine expansion stages with up to 453 tools are available. And the table technology also leaves nothing to be desired with milling, turning or palletised variants.
Extensive cooling measures and maximum rigidity of the duoBLOCK concept are the basis for the highest possible demands on accuracy and cutting performance.
